Multi Function Adjustable Slant and Balance Board
This new multi function adjustable stretch and balance board is ideal for clinics, departments, sports teams, fitness studios and for personal use as a multi purpose piece of equipment. The board offers traditional rocker board function along with lower limb stretching, the board is adjustable with it's movable block. The moveable block allows for 3 positions for lower limb stretching and either right / left or forward / reverse rocker board movement.
The adjustable stretch function allows controlled & effective stretching of the calf muscles to reduce tightness before and after excercise and can therefore reduce the risk of injury to the calf, shin and ankle.
It also acts as a rehabilitation aid for Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints and calf strain.
The adjustable balance function helps the user to regain sense of balance / coordination and increases proprioception.

The moveable block allows for 4 positions for lower limb stretching ( which are set to 10, 15, 25 & 45 degrees) and either right / left or forward / reverse rocker board movement.
