Delivery charges are applied at checkout and are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse.

Delivery will be on a pallet using a third party courier,  Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed prior to order. We do not offer a timed delivery.

Delivery by a third party courier company will be on a pallet along with packaging to protect it in transit. The pallet will be delivered to the curbside and it will be your responsibility to unload the couch from the pallet and move it into your premises.You will also be responsible for the disposal of the pallet and packaging.

Once we have received your order, you may be asked to complete a pre-delivery form which will ask for some basic details about the building where the couch is being received and any parking restrictions outside. This is purely for the safety of the driver and we ask you to complete this truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
